Our Speciality:

Our company implements cutting edge technology in the building of steel reinforced concrete structures, which enables us to abridge the allocated time, and hence ensure dramatically quicker deadline execution.

The following the steps are recognized for the building of a steel reinforced concrete structure.

  1. Formwork construction
  2. Steel reinforcement installation
  3. Concreting procedure

Within the field of Steel Reinforcement Installation, our company has developed a new mechanical stitching technology, that cuts the installation time by 50-60%. The specially developed steel reinforcement stitching gun is in the centre of our mechanical steel reinforcement structure installation technology.

In cooperation with tool manufacturing companies we have further developed a most reliable and suitable stitching tool based on the initial idea of mechanical steel reinforcement installation We have confirmed its reliability in the past two years by using it to complete our own clients’ projects.

It is a battery operated machine resembling a gun, which has a stitching device and a pair of scissors on its end. The stitching gun’s barrel is loaded with pre-manufactured stitching wire. We provide a constant supply of charged batteries, so the work with the gun is uninterrupted. The working time of the gun on battery power is usually 1-2 hrs depending on the temperature and work intensity. The battery charge time is approximately 30-40 minutes and the length of the stitching wire inside the gun’s barrel is 100-200 m.

This technology also largely substitutes for manual labour, in the assembly of the steel reinforcement bars, as the Stitching Gun makes the procedure as simple as the press of a button (2sec. / stitch) and fixes the reinforcement bars together with a double wire loop. Reaching the same result manually would take at least 30-40 seconds of fatiguing work per stitch. Our technology is able to reduce this time to 2 second on average. The stitching device on the front of the stitching gun is interchangeable, so it is capable of working with a variety of reinforcement bars of 8-42 in diameter.

We base our technology on these techniques and tools in our steel reinforcement installation projects. Due to the way this machine works we can only provide this service on a price that includes the stitching wire as well.

We believe this method is an effective way to increase the competitiveness of building steel reinforced concrete in regards to the current market price. The technology is capable of securing all project dead line expectations. It eliminates the risk of indemnity and it has a great effect on the other expenses of the projects, as it reduces the time needed to build the steel reinforcement structure.

Besides reducing the time needed to build the steel reinforcing structure there are other things that show the remarkable efficiency of this technology. Due to the shortened time, the expense factor of other machinery and systems such as cherry pickers, cranes and formwork, guarding, energy can be reduced significantly.  Our experience has demonstrated that using this well established technology reduces the expected time of the steel reinforcement installation and it creates a significant altogether profit.

We are using our company’s mechanical steel reinforcement structure building technology to send a message to all those large companies, who wish to increase their competitiveness and effectiveness towards other companies and to all those large companies who wish to reduce the time needed to execute their project as well as their costs.

This device has been a trade secret during our development period which we have used on our own projects.

We are committed to satisfying the increasing demand of our clients. We will therefore in turn make an introductory video of this technology which will be available shortly on our website.

Due to the increasing interest in the technology our company is aiming to join solely into the larger budget UK investments (min. £5-10 million).

We hope that what we have done in other European countries will be able to be reflected in the increase the standard of building steel reinforced concrete structures in our work in the UK.
